ZERO VR･MR series are epoch-making machines which employ a resonant vibration damping mechanism that eliminates resonant vibration with cranes during start-up and shutdown which were the main problem of Vibro Hammer before. Furthermore the eccentric moment conversion mechanism makes the followings available.

Because of easiness of delicate adjustment of driving force, the finished height of piles can be made at the same height smoothly
Since there is no resonant vibration with the crane, more safe and less noise construction become available.
Since the driving force is adjustable depend on the hardness of the soil, more efficient work becomes available.

The movement of steel sheet piles while driving

ZERO Vibro is easily able to adjust the eccentric moment, and this function gives most effective driving energy to steel sheet piles. Therefore the occurrence of deflection of piles can be minimized and more efficient construction becomes available.

The reason why VIBRO HUMMER was chosen

Because of a school near by the construction site, and to avoid the problem of noise and vibration, ZERO Vibro combined with water jet methods was selected instead of the construction by the hydraulic hammer.
