PIPING MATERIALS For WATER JET CUTTER

Outline of the Method

WATER JET CUTTER which is used actively for driving sheet piles and pipe piles.
The water come out from this WATER JET CUTTER shows the power firstly jetted out as the high pressure water from the jet-nozzle attached to the edge of sheet piles and pipe piles.
Several kinds of materials from Water Jet Cutter to jet-nozzle are called "Piping Materials" and which are necessary to be prepare and be used which kind of materials, standards and how many pieces depend on the hardness and condition of soil of objective ground.
Piping materials are necessary to be selected and treated correctly to show the power of Water Jet Cutter more effectively and should be recognized as same important component parts as Water Jet Cutter itself.		 jet_01.jpg

Piping Materials are separated as follows depend on the usage.

  1. Re-use system
  2. Left in place system

Re-use system shall be useful for mainly driving of temporary use of steel sheet piles and H type piles, and also useful application for steel pipe piles and steel pipe sheet piles less than 20meter length onto relatively soft ground.

Left in place system shall be useful in case of driving steel pipe piles and steel pipe sheet piles more than 20meter length onto the hard ground and specially in case of improving of execution more effectively, and furthermore it shall be useful for keeping the reliability of driving in case the execution of additional piles even for temporary materials.
