Penetration type steel pile cell method is the method of driving the large diameter steel cylindrical pile (Cell), which is prefabricated and welded, to the undersea basement. By synchronized driving of several units of Vibro hammers, strong vibration energy is conveyed equally to the Cell. This new technology makes available of driving the large diameter steel pile (cell).

The cell shall be prefabricated in advance and transported to the site, so the driving time on the sea shall be shortened drastically.
- Deep undersea construction become available;
The structure of more than 20 meter depth shall be available because the thickness of steel cell can be selected freely.
- Strong seismic resistance;
The energy of earthquake shall be absorbed to the structure of cell (sand and steel) and the resistance against sliding motion shall be bigger at the penetration area.
- Excellent water sealing;
The steel cell have the monolithic structure by welding, so it is superior to water stopping.
